Is It Secure?

Providing sensitive data over the Internet requires modern security technology to guarantee the privacy of your data. RIA provides this privacy by the following features:

• The entire communication uses the HTTPS protocol and is therefore encrypted. This prevents unauthorized persons from network sniffing.
• Every user must register an account with RSW and has only access to the data that he/she is authorized for.
• The database that stores your data is only directly accessible to authorized RSW database administrators.
• Your password is stored in a way such that nobody can read it, not even administrators! Administrators can only reset your password in case you lost it.
